Birmingham is in Alabama, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Birmingham follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Recommend this company to my worst enemy very rude very hostile. Nothing is organized. I literally order tires from last year and they got upset with me because they did not have record in their system of what they ordered. I was completely calm nice and still even order tires, I came in today and they literally yelled and screamed at me because I was parked in their parking deck which I was backing up and moving, and still was getting yelled at when I went in the inside to purchase my tires. They refuse service to me and said that they’re not going to sell me tires or my services. The Caucasian woman called me ignorant. For no reason, I did not disrespect anyone I did not yell curse screen. I literally bagged my car up, parked on the opposite side was trying to ask questions about my tires that I am purchasing cash, and I was told I was ignorant and refused services. I would not recommend this company to anyone very horrible dirty filthy place. They don’t even have air conditioner or heating unit in the inside Very dirty very unprofessional very rude. I’m so glad that they refuse services from me because I literally went up the street and got the same tires for literally $120 chea

Great service when I called in to see if they would be able to fix my bent wheel. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and they fix my bent wheel on the spot! 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the area.

I had my wheels rotated Saturday on the 27th of July. Upon driving the car to work the next day I noticed a difference. I called and told some woman who work there of it. Long story short we went over some issues that may cause an issue and she assured me her guys don't make mistakes(in so many words). Well what do you see in this picture? A mistake was made. DONT ASSURE ME your workers don't make mistakes like this AND I FIND A MISTAKE made BY YOUR WORKERS. I'm not happy about the conversation ONLY NOW TO FIND THIS. What if this wheel came off while I'm driving. OMG, also ate up my stud.

I will never patronize this business again. I called and a woman answered the phone. She did not say her name. Her tone of voice was rude. She was not courteous or polite. She has a very sarcastic attitude. I think the Better Business Bureau should investigate the operations of this establishment. It’s astonishing how in today’s society(2023) people still have the mindset of not being professional in a business. SMH!
